Who We Are

This is a responsible position where key qualities are needed including being a good listener, being kind and empathetic towards others, being able to offer constructive advice in a polite manner and is suited to students who want to improve the experiences of other students.

What We Do

We are positive role models for others. We help our teachers and other staff make Gildredge House the best school it can be. We do this by assisting the staff and their classes during playtimes. Our duties include:

  • Engaging with children who do not have anyone to play with.
  • Solving conflicts and helping students to settle their differences during games.
  • Liaise with and assisting the staff wherever possible.
